I’m looking forward to playing cello in a few performances with friends in the coming weeks. As always, I’m thankful for opportunities to explore and share music, and contribute to the fabric of the city.
The Royal Ball
with Stringbeans Quartet
The Royal Ball is a philanthropic gala in support of the Royal Alexandra Hospital Foundation. We’ll perform a set of quartet arrangements, and accompany Ariana Whitlow as part of the evening’s program.

with Deepshikha Joshi + Ojas Joshi
We are celebrating the enduring tradition of Indian classical music on sitar, cello, and tabla. We’ll perform Deepshikha’s beautiful compositions, devotional songs, improvisations on a raag chosen to fit this time of day, and a couple cello experiments as well.

LitFest
with Jyn-Ting Ying
Four Canadian authors will read excerpts from their recently published memoirs, poems, and stories. After each reading, Jyn-Ting and I will perform a song selected by the author that reflects on their writing.

The Rice Theatre at The Citadel
I have been performing with the Stringbeans Quartet since 2024. The Stringbeans formed in 1999 and bring an authentic spirit to performing retro tracks and contemporary pop. We are the preferred string quartet of the historic Fairmont Hotel Macdonald.
